If Learners can leave a message about the booking time to the tutor. Then the tutor will mark your time on Google Calendar. All learner can check the calendar for book future lessons.
Late on the lesson

The tutor will wait the entire time of the lesson, even the learner no show till the end time.

If the learner is late, no compensatory time. The tutor not expected to compensate lesson time lost due to student tardiness and is not required to continue the lesson beyond the scheduled end time. The end time of the lesson will be the same as scheduled.

If the tutor is late, tutor compensate the time. The tutor will discuss with the learner about the compensatory time. The compensatory time should be within the learner’s class period. Or one compensatory lesson extension the class period for one week.

The tutor and the learner must connect with each other on the agreed communication platform before the lesson time to avoid any potential technical problems.
Cancelation or change the lesson’s Time

If the learner cancels or changes the lesson:

More than 24 hours before the lesson start time: It’s possible to reschedule or cancel when the learner and the tutor agree. Must mark on Google Calendar is to show as an agreement that the reschedule or cancelation is completed.

Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: It's not possible to reschedule or cancel before the lesson start time.

If the tutor changes the lesson time or cancels the lesson:
It is rare that the tutor changes or cancels the scheduled lesson, if it is, the tutor must to reschedule with the learner. The tutor change or cancel the lesson shall be extension the class period by one lesson for one week. The tutor-change/cancel-lesson can be refund if the learner wants to do so.
Learner no show

The learner no show on the lesson, the lesson is non-changeable and the lesson's payment is non-refundable.
refund

The tutor-cancel-lesson can be refund. There are no special circumstances, the classes will not be refunded.

Please be noticed that refund operation can only be processed once. Please talk with the tutor and refund all your refunds at once. Therefore, we tend to refund processed at the end of all your courses. Still, please talk with your tutor, the tutor would be happily to help you with the refund.
